Collab is a accelerator for Connecticut entrepreneurs. Our main mission is to make entrepreneurship and leadership development accessible across the state.

This summer, we launched applications for our Collab Fall Accelerator 2019. We received 58 applications from 91 entrepreneurs.

And now, we’re proud to introduce you to the 6 ventures in the Collab Fall Accelerator 2019 cohort:

Align With Us / SPACE
Founders: Tiffany Stewart, Donnell Durden

SPACE connects creatives, entrepreneurs and nonprofits that want to share their stories through content creation.

Alta Mara
Founder: Alina Rodriguez

A skincare line providing solutions that respect skin’s individuality and keep up with its changes.

Cooking Social Kids
Founders: Priscilla Cruz, Christian Farrad

Cooking Social Kids is a kid-centered culinary education company cultivating healthy, confident, mindful eaters through hands-on, engaging, informative cooking classes.

Huneebee Project
Founder: Sarah Taylor

Huneebee Project trains and employs local child protective and foster care involved youth in beekeeping and the creative arts.

Push to Start
Founders: Steve Roberts

Push to Start uses skateboarding to build community, provide opportunity, and teach creative problem solving.

Student Loan Fund
Founder: Anne Watkins

Student Loan Fund eliminates student loan debt for New Haven residents, particularly people of color and first- generation students, and advocate for national and university level student loan reform.
