Collab is an accelerator for Connecticut entrepreneurs. Our mission is to provide entrepreneurs with impactful, rigorous business support using a compassionate, fundamentally heart-centered approach so that they can build good businesses, create economic power, and shape their communities for themselves and their families.
We prioritize serving people of color and women — particularly Black and Latinx entrepreneurs — who face persistent and significant barriers because of structural racism and sexism.
We received 41 applications from entrepreneurs. After a review process, seven ventures were selected for this cohort of the Collab Accelerator.

Urban Empress is a natural hair product line created by and for people of color.
Wàbi Gallery is an artist-run gallery that also seeks to be an educational space and community resource.
Wise Child Puppets is a puppet company that creates original shows that support social-emotional wellness for kids.
Posh Paint provides mindfulness-centered and creative art experiences that promote self-confidence and self-esteem.
